We offer clients a remote service which allows us to take control of their keyboard and mouse without the need to come to the clients premises. 

Our remote support service which is far cheaper than calling someone out. 

Is your Computer causing you problems? Can knowbody get to your property to fix the problem?  then you need our remote support service.

Our remote service is a far cheaper option than a site visit costing just  £30 per hour with a minimum cost of 1 hour.

If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, a site visit can be arranged or the PC can be brought to our workshop.

Our remote service has proved to be one of our most popular facilities saving both time and money as we can often provide a solution without the need for an site visit.  Our Web-based remote support covers PCs and Macs with fast connectivity using 256 SSL encryption, and auto uninstalls itself after support for enhanced security.
